He said that Federal Constitution is the supreme law in Malaysia, thus, Parliament Standing Order that have a provision on the power of the Speaker to reject any motions must be exercised accordingly with Federal Constitution.
For your note, the appointment of Prime Minister must get the majority support from the Dewan Rakyat. It is stated clearly in our Federal Constitution.
Thus, when a vote of no confident to our Pak Lah, that could show something serious had happened because the motion is raised from the BN component party itself.
